Our standard carrier is FEDEX Home Delivery. Most orders are sent from Key West FL and are usually shipped within 48 hours.  Special orders may require more time.  We would be happy to ship by the carrier of your choice.  Orders are shipped ground unless you request otherwise.

*Orders shipped outside the US will be charged a small surcharge fee at checkout.

Back orders:
For your convenience and to avoid confusion, ClassyHammocks.com will not automatically process back orders.  Please add any items that were temporarily out of stock to your next order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
Please contact info@classyhammocks.com  to report any damages upon receipt of merchandise.  It is important that all damaged packages be retained for inspection by the Carrier.  We will gladly issue a claim in your behalf with the carrier.

Merchandise Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any portion of your order, please contact info@classyhammocks.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. You must call before returning items.

Refused Orders:
Any orders returned because of refusal, without a legitimate reason, will be reshipped on a prepaid basis only.  Orders not reshipped will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.  This fee will be charged to your account along with the shipping charges associated to the order.
